A variant, issued the same year as the first, Trendall's work contains a number of designs in the Grecian, Gothic, and Italian styles for smaller houses, intended specifically for the growing suburban areas.  The first nineteen plates show plans and elevations of several houses and villas; the remaining plates are of various details, trims, and molding profiles including designs for roofs, windows and doors.  Sporadic foxing, else very good.
