Ten stylized domestic scenes printed on cream paper with ten leaves of calligraphic text on white paper.  The illustrations are of interest for the mid-nineteenth century depiction of interior furnishings and dress.  The author, Caroline Rachel Baillie (died 1859), was the daughter of Charles and Anne Baillie (nee Scott).  Top board spotted, edges slightly worn, else very good.
