Selections from famous children's books, printed with care and solicitude by The Ladies of the Distaff Side (a Typophile adjunct),  with fourteen gatherings by Jane Grabhorn, Dorothy Abbe, Edna Beilenson, Lillian Marks, and others.  The title page was designed by Bruce Rogers and there are illustrations by Valenti Angelo, Fritz Eichenberg, and W.A. Dwiggins.  Dwiggins stencils were hand-colored by Dorthy Abbe.  Fine.
