Most of the designs are vestigial remnants of the stick style and are nonetheless representative of thousands upon thousands of houses built at the turn of the century.  The present day rarity of these ephemeral publications cannot be over emphasized.  This is one of those items which is about equally a trade catalogue and a pattern book.  Minor wear and soiling to covers; front free endpaper with surface soil and creasing; pages lightly browned throughout, still, in good condition.
