Rare item with only two copies recorded on OCLC -- Huntington Library and Oregon State University.  Roughly divided between promotional text about the county and its prospects and very nice lithographic illustrations of homes, the opera house and courthouse at Grant's Pass, as well as the Presbyterian and Methodist churches at Grant's Pass, factories such as the Sugar Pine Door & Lumber Company's sash and door factory at Grant's Pass, and a two-page bird's-eye view of Grants Pass in the middle.  Likely a warm-up for Lewis & Dryden's full-size lithographed views of Portland several years later.  Inside of front and back wrappers are a two maps of the state and Joesphine County.  Pale green wrappers sewn, printed on pale slightly glossy beige stock.   Light cover wear, else very good.
