A scarce item not recorded on OCLC.  The Manhattan Loft Corporation was founded in 1992 and is a company focusing on bringing loft style living from New York to London.  This colorful and flashy promotion for the company features a range of loft renovations done at Bankside on the Thames River adapting existing buildings with innovative modern architecture.  Filled with color photographs and numerous floor plans for all the various styles and sizes of lofts available, with a laid-in price list for each style.  Very good.
